The Zend framework is something that is specifically sought after since it is object oriented. We have some talented developers hired locally and from overseas who excel in this.

We have hired Ruby on Rails (ROR) developers for a few clients. This skill is considered more niche compared to PHP. Most ROR Developers start off their careers in PHP then gradually moving into ROR. They are normally found in start-up companies and a few juggle some part-time projects over the weekend.

There are close to 400 candidates in Malaysia and is still considered a niche skill. We have experience working with clients to hire Python developers.

Django is an open source Python Web framework that encourages rapid development and clean, pragmatic design. The Developers we have internally have limited or basic exposure in this framework and we have not worked on a requirement specifically asking for this experience.

We had ramped-up the SAP team for a company named 2C Change a few years ago. The SAP roles were in SD, PP, MM, SI, QM, PPIP, FI and CO, to name a few. We were highly successful in this project. 2C Change was an example of our "Build and Transfer" model, where the client created an independent entity in Malaysia.

Delphi originates from the early 90’es, and while many companies have since migrated from Delphi to .NET, several companies still has legacy systems that need development and maintenance requiring Delphi. At INSCALE we have hired Delphi developers for several clients as part of their teams.
