INSCALE is a global company with operational development centers in Kuala Lumpur, Lisbon, Kyiv and Skopje. INSCALE’s head office is in Copenhagen.

Will there be Pre-Employment Testing?
Our goal is to hire the most qualified person for the job. Therefore, depending on the job, we may conduct pre-employment testing including skill evaluation, online personality assessments, and technical assessments. Your assessments results are shared with you to give you better insights about yourself.
For some of our openings, you may be requested to write code, share a creative portfolio, participate in a coding/technical challenge or provide examples of your work in other ways.
