Leadership Team

Henrik Mou
Henrik is the CEO and Partner in INSCALE since 2009 with an engineering background. A serial entrepreneur and investor with main interests in strategy, business development and growth improvements, he has been involved in the IT industry for more than 20 years. Henrik believes in the strength of diversity and is driven by curiosity, simplicity and a mission to provide everyone better opportunities. He enjoys coaching and developing people and businesses, and seeing them evolve and adapt to new challenges. Henrik relaxes with golf, skiing, sailing and fine cooking.

Bhajan Kaur
Bhajan is the COO and Partner at INSCALE. She leads the company’s global operations, shaping the company’s strategic agenda and aligning priorities across the global functions. Passionate in seeking out the best in people, she leads an international leadership team responsible for delivering innovative and high-performing workforce in Malaysia, Macedonia, Ukraine and Portugal. Demonstrating the spirit of inclusiveness in a culturally diverse business landscape, Bhajan has an innate ability to engage her team to participate in decision-making, strategy implementation, and promoting INSCALE’s culture and vision to achieve outstanding client service. She advocates democratic leadership and takes a hands-on approach to spearhead the company’s operating capabilities. Bhajan holds a Masters in Information Technology, as well as PMP & PRINCE2 certifications and has clocked over 20 years in the software development industry.

Build a team with Niels Erik Wøhlk
Commercially responsible for global business development since 2019. Has 25 years of sales and marketing experience hereof 15 years within IT software as a service. Graduate in financial marketing. Niels lives in the country side with his wife and 2 dogs. His spare-time is focused on outdoor and indoor cycling and being a voluntary production manager on a web rock radio station.

Mark founded INSCALE in 2006 and is currently acquiring new customers in the UK. He has in-depth knowledge of developing enterprise software solutions. Mark’s experience with technology started while working for CERN in Geneva and he has also founded a Oracle-based enterprise solution provider in Scandinavia. He is a fencing enthusiast and plays tennis, and enjoys cooking for family and friends.

Heine Meineche Fusager
Heine is the Head of Group Finance at INSCALE, and focuses on group consolidation, budgeting, cashflow management and strategic financial support to the management. Heine has 20+ years of experience working as a finance professional in various industries at an operational and strategic level. In his spare-time, he enjoys playing board games, hiking, or leaving the city to go to his family’s summerhouse.

Shoba Thurisingam
Shoba is the Global Head of Finance at INSCALE and is responsible for the company’s global financial operations, including financial accounting, tax, internal controls, financial planning, and reporting systems. Prior to joining INSCALE, Shoba worked in world-class MNCs in various sectors namely FMCG, external and internal audit, and manufacturing. With over 20 years of experience as a Finance professional in her track record, she is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Sharanjit Kaur
Sharanjit is the Global Head of Recruitment at INSCALE and responsible for developing and leading a high-performing IT Recruitment team in Malaysia, Macedonia, Ukraine and Portugal. In support of all the clients’ business functions, she oversees the recruitment cycle and works closely with Talent Acquisition to enable INSCALE to attract topmost talents to work on our dedicated client teams. In Malaysia she also plays the local role of HR Manager to manage the employee lifecycle with her HR Team. The two roles require her to drive and instil a culture of constant improvement, identification and implementation of procedures in order to increase business-wide recruitment / HR effectiveness and efficiency. With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Sharanjit believes in building strong relationships and delivering results in a rapidly and constantly evolving environment.

Chin Weng Seng
Weng Seng is responsible for application development and digital solutions implementation in INSCALE. He manages multiple strategic initiatives and lead project teams comprising leadership teams and cross functional roles at various levels. He also oversees the area of Data Processing in INSCALE. Weng Seng previously worked with Ernst & Young and implemented international projects. He is a seasoned project manager with PMP & PRINCE2 certifications and has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in software development projects.

Jarod Lim
Jarod is the Global Head of IT Operations at INSCALE and leads our global IT organisation overseeing global support, consulting, managed services, digital transformation, cybersecurity and the IT organisation. Prior to INSCALE, Jarod was the Head of IT Operations for a GLC responsible for revamping the entire web hosting business, setting up the support structure for both the public and private sector and overall IT Operations. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Staffordshire University, UK. In his free time, he tries to bake whenever his wife allows him in the kitchen.

Asaf is the Country Manager of Macedonia at INSCALE. His visionary perspective has earned him +17 years of experience in both public and private sector. Asaf has experience in management consultation, professional development, strategic implementation, communication and negotiation. He finds honesty, creativity and dedication to be the most valuable qualities for success in life/running a division. Outside of the office, if you challenge him for a game of billiards, he is sure to win. He is happiest with his wife raising their three sons. Asaf holds a B.Sc from University of St. Cyril and Methodius.

Soon Eng Lai
Eng Lai is the Delivery Management Lead at INSCALE Malaysia and manages service delivery to clients, new client onboarding and retention of developers. He is responsible for aligning the clients’ expectations with the contractual deliverables, managing the high priority escalations and acting as the key driver to interface with various parties. Eng Lai brings 30 years of experience in software engineering, product development and service delivery, and holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) degree from the University of North Texas, USA.

Yulia Shulga
Yulia has more than 10 years of experience working in HR, delivery and administration in international companies such as KPMG and Ciklum. She is SHRM Senior Certified Professional with a solid background in various HR Areas. For the last 3 years Yulia has been helping in building and managing IT teams for clients from EU, USA and Israel. In INSCALE Yulia serves as HR Manager for Kyiv. She also plays a Delivery Manager role, collaborating closely with customers to ensure efficient new client onboarding with INSCALE and high level of services provided to the clients. Yulia recharges her batteries with travelling, hiking, snorkeling, and spending quality time with her family and friends outdoors.

Ulla Berg Mou
Ulla is the Global Head of New Client Onboarding & Pre-Sales Support and has been a Partner in INSCALE since 2009. She oversees the onboarding of new clients and in collaboration with senior managers, sets the standards for delivery of services. Ulla has over 20 years of working experience in the IT industry and has held various managerial positions in IBM. She is also passionate in designing office spaces for people to enjoy working in. Ulla is a keen gardener and yoga enthusiast.

Mohd Khairil
Mohd Khairil is the Global Head of Facility & Administration at INSCALE and responsible for the associated functions including real estate, project renovation, space management, maintenance, procurement, health and safety, and administrative support. He has established a proven track record of successfully completing multiple facilities and strategic initiative projects within tight schedules and budget, to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Mohd Khairil has over 18 years of experience in the financial and construction industry specialising in facilities management, property development, administration and procurement. Prior to joining INSCALE, Mohd Khairil was the Head of Property & Administration in Kuwait Finance House (M) Berhad.
