He enjoys coaching and developing people and businesses, and seeing them evolve and adapt to new challenges. Henrik relaxes with golf, skiing, sailing and fine cooking.
Passionate in seeking out the best in people, she leads an international leadership team responsible for delivering innovative and high-performing workforce in Malaysia, Macedonia, Ukraine and Portugal.
Demonstrating the spirit of inclusiveness in a culturally diverse business landscape, Bhajan has an innate ability to engage her team to participate in decision-making, strategy implementation, and promoting INSCALE’s culture and vision to achieve outstanding client service.
She advocates democratic leadership and takes a hands-on approach to spearhead the company’s operating capabilities. Bhajan holds a Masters in Information Technology, as well as PMP & PRINCE2 certifications and has clocked over 20 years in the software development industry.
Mark is the CFO in INSCALE, having joined the group in 2022. He is a Fellow of the UK’s Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a financial background of more than 20 years working as a Chief Financial Officer, Investment Banker and Auditor.
Mark holds a passion for financial education and teaches financial accounting courses each year at Copenhagen Business School. He also teaches at leading business schools in Spain, Lithuania and Belgium.
In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with family & friends, golf & skiing.
As the Data Protection Officer at INSCALE, Desmond collaborates with our CEO and COO to drive, implement and commission initiatives to introduce new and/or enhance corporate internal processes to support the Company’s business. Desmond also oversees matters related to GDPR compliance.
He brings with him a total of 30 years’ experience in the technology services industry spanning solutions development, project management, PMO leadership, balanced scorecard development and implementation of the CEO’s strategic initiatives.
In his free time, Desmond enjoys new experiences with food and travel, and unlocking new skills with a barbell.
She is also passionate in designing office spaces for people to enjoy working in. Ulla is a keen gardener and yoga enthusiast.
Nuno is the Country Manager of Portugal and Head of Delivery Management.
With more that 20 years of experience in the IT industry either at operational or strategic levels, Nuno is playing a leadership role for the local operation and at the same time, being part of INSCALE Leadership Team to support the global initiative.
With consolidated experience in Technology Consulting and delivery responsibility, Nuno managed large accounts and lead projects of product development, systems implementation, and digital transformation programs in multiple technologies and across different industries, namely, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare and Wholesale Distribution.
Prior to joining INSCALE, Shoba worked in world-class MNCs in various sectors namely FMCG, external and internal audit, and manufacturing. With over 20 years of experience as a Finance professional in her track record, she is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Prior to INSCALE, Jarod was the Head of IT Operations for a GLC responsible for revamping the entire web hosting business, setting up the support structure for both the public and private sector and overall IT Operations. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Staffordshire University, UK.
In his free time, he tries to bake whenever his wife allows him in the kitchen.
Sheila is the Head of Product Development. Over the span of 22 years, she brings with her experience in program and project management, operations support, process improvement analysis and technology planning.
She now works together with a team of dynamic delivery managers, collaborating closely with Clients, developer departments and INSCALE’s internal Service Owners to ensure a high level of service is delivered to our Clients.
When Sheila is away from her laptop, you will find her globe-trotting, gaining new experiences.
He has established a proven track record of successfully completing multiple facilities and strategic initiative projects within tight schedules and budget, to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Mohd Khairil has over 18 years of experience in the financial and construction industry specialising in facilities management, property development, administration and procurement.
Prior to joining INSCALE, Mohd Khairil was the Head of Property & Administration in Kuwait Finance House (M) Berhad.
Nuno manages the Global HR Department, and oversees the progress of the current Global HR initiatives and implement new strategic goals so that INSCALE continues its growth.
Leading the transformation and embedding the organization’s culture, corporate policies and core values, Nuno’s responsibilities center on leading the HR department processes and driving people management strategies
In Malaysia she also plays the local role of HR Manager to manage the employee lifecycle with her HR Team. The two roles require her to drive and instil a culture of constant improvement, identification and implementation of procedures in order to increase business-wide recruitment / HR effectiveness and efficiency.
With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Sharanjit believes in building strong relationships and delivering results in a rapidly and constantly evolving environment.
Helena is the Head of Talent Acquisition, Presales and TA New Clients, for our Managed Services. She also leads the TA Portugal Team for Managed Services. In addition, she is an active member of Talent Branding Unit. Helena is holding more than 20 years of experience and she is Talent Acquisition passionate with the mindset that ‘the candidates are the core of our business’.
When she’s not close to her laptop you can find her at the gym, having a glass of wine with her friends somewhere sunny or binge-watching the latest Netflix sensation with her kids.
Svitlana is the Head of Talent Acquisition in Ukraine. She is an experienced HR Manager & IT Recruiter with over 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management, including 13 years in IT companies.
She has a broad understanding of, IT Recruitment & Staffing, HR Policies & Procedures, HR Management, motivation and retention which makes her an invaluable member of INSCALE.
Passionate in seeking out the best in people, she leads an international leadership team responsible for delivering innovative and high-performing workforce in Malaysia, Macedonia, Ukraine and Portugal.

Asaf is the Country Manager of Macedonia & Ukraine at INSCALE. His visionary perspective has earned him +17 years of experience in both public and private sector. Asaf has experience in management consultation, professional development, strategic implementation, communication and negotiation.
He finds honesty, creativity and dedication to be the most valuable qualities for success in life/running a division. Outside of the office, if you challenge him for a game of billiards, he is sure to win. He is happiest with his wife raising their three sons. Asaf holds a B.Sc from University of St. Cyril and Methodius.
