THE CHALLENGE
When demand exceeds supply
Edora is a Danish IT company providing development, operations, and consultancy services. The company specializes in digital infrastructure, cloud solutions, security, and bespoke software that enable digitalization and efficient self-service.
Since 2016, they have partnered with INSCALE to expand software development capacity and keep pace with an ambitious technical roadmap, without sacrificing team cohesion, delivery quality, or long-term know-how.
Edora faced a familiar pressure in Denmark’s IT market: demand exceeded supply. While their roadmap required faster execution, they couldn’t scale internally at the same pace due to limited access to senior tech talent.
